Priority period two for 2015/16 season ticket renewals is now open.
To renew online, fans need to log-in with their Supporter ID and postal code (all lower case and as one word, ie bs32ej) as a password.
If you’ve yet to receive your Supporter ID via e-mail, please check any spam filters or junk folders. Alternatively, it may be that you have not authorised the club to contact you by e-mail, and if that’s the case, simply e-mail hello@bristol-sport.co.uk to request your Supporter ID.
During this second priority period – which runs until close of play on Wednesday, April 8th – Williams Stand and Premier Seating season ticket holders can relocate into other stands.
Don't forget, Williams and Premier Seating will get first priority in 2016 to move back to the new West Stand.
The quickest way to renew your season tickets is online via tickets.bristol-sport.co.uk. Alternatively, call 0117 963 0600 or visit Ashton Gate in person.
Don’t forget it is Easter this weekend so the club will be closed on Bank Holiday Friday and Monday, the Williams Ticket office will be open on Saturday morning 9am-1pm.
Naturally we are experiencing a high demand on the phone lines so your continued patience is appreciated. Please try online first. If you have any technical problems please email the hello@bristol-sport.co.uk and include a contact number and a member of staff will come back to you. Thanks for your co-operation.
All season ticket holders have until Thursday, April 30th to renew.
