Pat Lam reflected on a 'frustrating night' for his Bears side as they exited the Challenge Cup at the hands of ASM Clermont Auvergne.
Tries from Tomas Lavanini, Damian Penaud and George Moala helped Clermont take the lead as Harry Randall and Semi Radradra scored for the Bears.
Anthony Belleau kicked 13 points to AJ MacGinty's 16, but Penaud doubled his try tally to all but tie up the win.
