Leiua applied the finishing touches to some Callum Sheedy magic, after the fly half dummied and broke the Bath line before picking out the Samoan with a pinpoint cross-field kick.
The award was announced by David Flatman on Channel 5's Premiership Rugby highlights show on Monday night.
