As it happened: Bristol Bears 16-12 Saracens

A penalty try four minutes from time saw the Bears snatch a dramatic victory over Saracens, as the Gallagher Premiership returned to a rain-soaked Ashton Gate for the first time since March.

Callum Sheedy's pinpoint kick to the corner set up the five-metre drive and when Jamie George came in from the side to hamper the drive, the Saracens captain was carded and the penalty try was awarded.

Re-live all of the action from Saturday's Gallagher Premiership victory over Saracens, as we dissect the key moments.

8 mins – PEN – 0-3 – Alex Goode on target after Bears penalised at breakdown.

10 mins – PEN – 0-6 – A second penalty for Goode, who lands a kick from 45 metres.

21 mins – PEN – 3-6 – Hughes scythes down Goode to earn the penalty and Sheedy nails long-range penalty.

25 mins – PEN – 6-6 – Charles Piutau charges forward and finds Purdy, before Sheedy slots resulting penalty to level the scores.

27 mins – PEN – 6-6 – Penalty to Saracens straight from the restart but Goode’s penalty drifts wide.

41 mins – Earl collects Randall’s kick through but is hauled down metres short of the line.

45 mins – PEN – 6-9 – Penalty under the sticks for Saracens and Goode knocks over to restore three-point lead.

49 mins – PEN – 9-9 – Penalty at scrum time as Sinckler and Woolmore get to work. Sheedy steps up to land kick.

54 mins – Superb finish from Morahan but the try is chalked off for an adjudged obstruction in the build-up.

63 mins – PEN – 9-12 – Goode on target with his fourth penalty of the afternoon.

76 mins – TRY & YELLOW - 16-12 – Sheedy’s pinpoint kick sets up five metre lineout drive and after referring to the TMO, referee adjudges Jamie George to have come in from the side – yellow card given, and the penalty try awarded.
