As it happened: Bristol Bears 40-3 Leicester Tigers

Bristol Bears ran in six tries to ease past Leicester Tigers at Ashton Gate on Wednesday night.

Pat Lam’s men overpowered their visitors at a rain-soaked Ashton Gate courtesy of tries from Ioan Lloyd, Nathan Hughes, Bryan Byrne, Dan Thomas, Harry Thacker and a penalty try, while Callum Sheedy landed five conversions to set up a round 22 showdown at London Irish.

Re-live all of the action from Wednesday night's Gallagher Premiership victory over Leicester Tigers at Ashton Gate, as we dissect the key moments.

10 mins – CHANCE – Sheedy takes penalty quickly and Attwood comes close before being penalised for holding on.

17 mins – TRY – 7-0 – Strong drive at the lineout before neat handling from Bedlow and Sheedy sends Lloyd dummying over the whitewash. Sheedy converts.

24 mins – PEN – 7-3 – Tigers win the penalty and Henry is on target from just outside the 22.

28 mins – TRY – 14-3 – Powerful scrum drive from the Bears and Hughes controls well before picking up and powering over. Sheedy converts.

35 mins – YELLOW – Adeolokun breaks down the right and his pass inside to O’Conor is slapped down by White, who is sent to the sin bin. Sheedy converts.

36 mins – TRY – 21-3 – Driving lineout gets the shove on and Byrne burrows to the line. Sheedy converts.

39 mins – PEN MISSED – Henry lines up a kick from nearly 50 metres and it falls short.

45 mins – TRY – 28-3 – Another scrum penalty and Sheedy goes to the corner again. Lineout drive gets moving again and Dan Thomas touches down. Sheedy converts.

52 mins – CHANCE – Adeolokun races in to score but play is called back for a knock on by Hughes in the build up.

62 mins – TRY – 33-3 – Uren breaks down the short side and feeds Thacker for try number five. Sheedy converts.

80 mins – TRY – 40-3 – Penalty try and yellow card to Simmons, after the Tigers back slaps down Radradra's pass with Adeolokun in the clear outside.
