As it happened: London Irish 34-34 Bristol Bears

Bristol Bears and London Irish shared 68 points at the Brentford Community Stadium, as Pat Lam's side squandered an 18-point half-time lead to draw a thrilling Gallagher Premiership clash.

The Bears led 13-31 at the break thanks to Siva Naulago’s double, Piers O’Conor’s opener and a fourth try from Chris Vui.

But tries from Steve Mafi, Theo Brophy Clews, Nick Phipps and Tom Parton saw Irish mount a second-half fightback.

Re-live all of the action from Brentford, as we dissect the key moments.

4 mins – YELLOW – Bedlow sin-binned for dangerous tackle on Brophy Clews

4 mins – PEN – 3-0 – Jackson knocks over subsequent penalty to give Irish the lead.

8 mins – TRY – 3-7 – Piutau intercepts inside his own 22 and races clear before linking up with Uren and O’Conor for the score. Sheedy converts.

10 mins – TRY – 3-14 – Naulago snatches the intercept from Cowan’s pass and runs clear from 80 metres. Sheedy converts.

14 mins – PEN – 3-17 – Piutau’s offload to Vui gets the Bears on the front foot and when Irish are adjudged offside, Sheedy lands penalty.

27 mins – PEN – 6-17 – Bears offside in midfield and Jackson reduces deficit.

34 mins – TRY – 6-24 – Quick-tap penalty catches Irish napping and Vui powers over. Sheedy converts.

36 mins – TRY – 6-31 – Pace and power from the Bears – Piutau and Naulago trade passes and it’s a second for the flying winger. Sheedy converts.

38 mins – DISALLOWED – Bedlow goes under the posts but the TMO rules it out for a knock-on in the build-up.

39 mins – TRY – 13-31 – First try for Irish as Mafi picks through the ruck to go over. Jackson converts.
