As it happened: Northampton Saints 21-28 Bristol Bears

Bristol Bears retained their seven-point lead at the top of the Gallagher Premiership but needed two late tries to beat Northampton.

First-half tries from Henry Purdy and Siva Naulago looked to have put the Bears in control at Franklin's Gardens, but score on the stroke of half-time from Nick Isiekwe kept Saints in touch and George Furbank's try on 58 minutes put them into the lead.

But two tries in a minute late on from Luke Morahan and Andy Uren sealed Bristol's bonus-point win.

Re-live all of the action from Franklin's Gardens, as we dissect the key moments.

26 mins – TRY – 0-7 – What a line from Purdy, who takes Leiua’s inside pass to race under the posts. Eden converts.

32 mins – TRY – 0-14 – Strong lineout drive from the Bears and Naulago goes over from close range. Eden converts.

40 mins – TRY – 7-14 – Saints hit back on the stroke of half time as Grayson’s long pass sends Isiekwe over in the corner. Grayson converts.

56 mins – TRY – 18-14 – Freeman chips ahead and Furbank collects the bouncing ball to go over and edge Saints in to the lead.

59 mins – PEN – 21-14 – Another Grayson penalty gives Saints a seven-point lead heading into the final quarter.

63 mins – PEN MISSED – Replacement Mallinder sees his kicks drifts wide and it's a let-off for the Bears.

75 mins – TRY – 21-21 – There's a lifeline, as Uren's huge pass puts Morahan over out wide. Bedlow nails stunning touchline conversion to level the scores.

77 mins – TRY – 21-28 – Remarkable scenes. Straight from the restart, Harding races clear and feeds Uren for the winner. Bedlow converts.
