A Nascence Project partner of Bristol Sport Foundation, Barclays LifeSkills has one single-minded ambition – to inspire young people to get the skills they need for a better future, not just online, but in class and through valuable real-world experiences.

Bristol Bears HITZ Programme is an education and sporting programme for 16-24-year olds where you can:

• Play sports; Have Fun, Get Fitter, Make New Friends
• Improve your Maths and English
• Gain nationally recognised qualifications
• Learn new skills to become more work ready
• Learn how to cook and eat more healthily
• Improve your communication skills and confidence

The Nascence Project is Bristol Sport Foundation’s business and community engagement programme, designed to bring business and community together through the life-changing impact of sport.

The Nascence Project provides new and innovative opportunities for local and national business to access Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Continued Professional Development (CPD) for groups of staff or longer term interventions for High Value Potential individuals.
