Bears Rewards scheme launched for 2020/21 season

The popular Bristol Bears Rewards scheme returns for 2020/21, with Rewards available for Bristol Bears Season Card holders and VIP Seasonal Hospitality clients to use exclusively on merchandise both online and in the Bristol Sport Store.

Paying Season Card holders and VIP Seasonals will get £10 start-up, while Under-12 Season Card holders will receive £50 start-up which can only be spent on a Bristol Bears junior replica shirt.

Supporters can earn between 2% and 5% Rewards for each additional home match ticket purchased and 10% for any merchandise purchased online or in store.

Any purchases from Friday August 28th onwards will have earned Rewards which will be available to spend.

All Rewards earned over the course of the season must be spent by 5pm on Friday, April 30th, 2021.

When Ashton Gate reopens, discounts for Season Card holders (10%) remain in place in the concourses and concessions, but Season Cards will need to be scanned at the point of sale in order to claim the discount.

For more information, see our 2020/21 Rewards FAQs

The Bristol Sport Store at Ashton Gate Stadium is open from to 9am to 3pm from Thursday to Saturday.

Your co-operation with social distancing and patience with limited staff is greatly appreciated.

REDEEMING AN UNDER-12 REPLICA SHIRT WITH REWARDS

You will have to create a Bristol Sport Club Account for your Under-12 child in order to get access to the Rewards start-up balance for their replica shirt online. This is because each supporter’s balance is unique and therefore each require separate accounts.  Alternatively, you can contact Supporter Services with both your ID number and the Under-12’s ID number.  Supporter Services can adjust the balance by moving their start-up balance over to your account.

Bristol Sport Club Account

In order to spend your Rewards online you will need to ensure you have set up your Bristol Sport Club Account. To do this, please visit login.bristol-sport.co.uk where you can also find an updated step-by-step user guide (here) to help you through setting up your account.

Designed to make life easier for you, the Bristol Sport Club Account allows you to use just one single login to purchase tickets, merchandise, access the Bristol Bears App and keep an eye on your Bears Rewards balance.
