Bears Women trio named in Wales squad to face Scotland

Elinor Snowsill, Lauren Smyth and Siwan Lillicrap all start for Wales with Lillicrap captaining her side against Scotland on Sunday.

Lillicrap will lead her side from the base of the scrum at number eight, whilst Snowsill will marshal the back line from fly-half with the elusive Lauren Smyth named at fifteen.

Wales go in to this weekend’s clash at Scotstoun full of confidence after fighting back to secure an impressive 15-13 win over Ireland last weekend, thanks to Kiera Bevan’s eighty-third minute try.
