Bristol Bears are delighted to welcome back supporters for the Gallagher Premiership fixture against Gloucester on Monday, May 17th (KO 19:45). If you are looking to attend at Ashton Gate, please read the following Ticketing FAQs.

Purchasing Tickets

When can I purchase tickets?

2020/21 Bristol Bears Season Card Holders can purchase tickets for this match online only from 10:00 on Tuesday, May 11th via the following link.

Should there be any tickets remaining, tickets will go on general sale to all supporters from 10:00 on Thursday, May 13th.

How many tickets can I purchase?

2020/21 Season Card Holders can purchase one ticket per Season Card Holder but up to 4 tickets in the same transaction. If purchasing multiple tickets in the same transaction, each ticket will need to be assigned to a different Season Card Holder.

Can I buy over the phone?

No, tickets can only be purchased online.

The only exception is for disabled supporters and 2028 Members who are able to book their tickets over the phone.

Are there seating restrictions in place?

Yes, socially distanced seating pods will be available in single seats and pods of 2, 3 and 4 seats. When purchasing a seating pod, each seat must be assigned to a different Season Card Holder.

2028 Members

I am a 2028 Member, how do I claim a ticket?

An allocation of 125 tickets have been made available for 2028 Members to claim for free over the phone (0117 963 0600) between 10:00-17:00 on Tuesday, May 11th. Once these tickets have been fully allocated, any remaining 2028 Members will need to purchase their ticket online.

The allocation of 125 tickets for 2028 Members is available in the Dolman Stand only.

Disabled Supporters

I am looking to purchase a disabled ticket, how do I do this?

2020/21 Season Card Holders who are either a wheelchair user or ambulant disabled, will be able to purchase their tickets and claim a carer’s ticket either online or over the phone (0117 963 0600) from 10:00 on Tuesday, May 11th.

Season Card Holders

I am a 2020/21 Season Card Holder, do I still need to purchase a ticket?

Yes, all tickets for this match are required to be purchased.

The pro-rata monthly refunds that we have been issuing at the end of each month will continue to take place, irrespective of whether you purchase a ticket for this match or not.

I have ticketing credit on my account, can this be redeemed on this match?

Ticketing credit cannot be redeemed when purchasing tickets for this fixture. We anticipate demand to be extremely high for this match and to ensure the purchasing process is as quick and easy as possible, redeeming ticket credit will not be available on this fixture.

The deadline to redeem any remaining ticketing credit has been extended to at least 31st December 2021, so rest assured there will be plenty of opportunities to utilise your credit during the 2021/22 season.

Can I sit in my usual seats?

With a limited capacity and seating restrictions in place, a large number of seats will not be in use for this fixture.

When purchasing your tickets online, you are able to select a block and then the available seats will be displayed in green. It is therefore possible to see if the seats you usually sit in are available for this fixture.

Ashton Gate

What stands are in use?

The Dolman Stand, Atyeo Stand and Lansdown Stand Lower and Lansdown Stand Upper are all in use for this fixture.

Will I need to arrive at a specific time?

To ensure that social distancing measures remain in place, supporters will be asked to arrive at Ashton Gate during specific time slots based on where your tickets are situated. The following arrival times are in place:

Dolman Stand:

18:15 – 19:00: Blocks E30, E31 & E32
19:00 – 19:45: Blocks E28, E29, E33 & E34

Lansdown Stand:

18:15 – 19:00: Upper Lansdown (Blocks W1-W9)
19:00 – 19:45: Lower Lansdown (Blocks W10-17)

Atyeo Stand:

18:15 – 19:45: Blocks N35 – N41

Your arrival time will be displayed on your ticket.

Which entry point do I need use when I arrive at the stadium?

Dolman Stand and Atyeo Stand ticket holders will need to use entrance via Ashton Road.

Lansdown Stand ticket holders will need to use entrance via Marina Dolman Way or Winterstoke Road.

Will I be able to purchase food and drink at the stadium?

Supporters will be able to purchase food and drink at the stadium and take this to their seats.

To ensure social distancing measures are adhered to, supporters are asked not to hover in the concourses.

Are there any food and drink packages available?

Supporters can purchase a food and drinks package (Adult - £70, Under 19 - £45) which, in addition to a match ticket in the Lansdown Stand Lower, also includes a pizza and a drink (a pint or glass of wine or soft drink) served pre-match in the Sports Bar. Tickets can be purchased via the following link.

COVID Rules

Will I need to wear a face mask?

All supporters will be required to wear a face mask at all times when at Ashton Gate, including whilst in their seats and in the concourses. Face masks can temporarily be removed when consuming food or drink, or when smoking or vaping.

Will I be required to do a COVID-19 rapid lateral flow test?

All supporters are urged to do a rapid lateral flow test if they are able to do so. The test must be done on the morning of the matchday. Tests are free and give a result with 30 minutes. Tests can be collected from a pharmacy or can be ordered online by clicking here.

What do I do if my COVID-19 rapid lateral flow test is positive?

If your test is positive, supporters must not attend the fixture.

Upon obtaining the positive result on the morning of the matchday, please contact Supporter Services (0117 963 0600) who will be able to advise of next steps with regards to your tickets.
