Bristol Bears Women partners with Nutrition X

Bristol Bears Women are delighted to team up with Nutrition X as official nutrition supplier ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.

Nutrition X worked with Bristol Bears throughout the 19/20 season and have extended their partnership to work with Bristol Bears Women for the first time. Nutrition X will provide tailored nutritional support to help maximise the team's performance both on and off the pitch.

As part of the partnership, Bristol Bears Women will be integrating a range of Informed-Sport accredited sports supplements into the nutritional programmes of each of the players, helping to support their hydration, energy and muscle recovery throughout the season.

Performance nutritionist Andrew Petts said: “The support of Nutrition X throughout the first year of our partnership with Bristol Bears was excellent and we’re delighted they have extended their support to Bristol Bears Women for the upcoming season.

“The experts involved in the production of their supplements are world class and it’s fantastic to be aligned with such an ambitious company. The products provided will allow our players to achieve enhanced recovery and ensures every player across our club is prepared for the new season.”

James Markey, Managing Director of Nutrition X, added: “We’re thrilled to be working with Bristol Bears Women this year, particularly at such an exciting time for the club given the rise of women’s rugby and the success Tyrrells Premier 15s.

“We’re honoured to help the players reach their maximum potential with the help of our supplements and consultancy services. We wish each of the players the best of luck for the coming months and look forward to following their progress.”
