Bristol Launch Partnership With Superfoods

Bristol Rugby are delighted to team up with UK Superfoods in a brand new partnership.

The healthy, fast food restaurant – based on Park Street – also includes a health supermarket and sports nutrition store.

Players and management visited the premises on Wednesday to launch the unique partnership.

First team prop Kyle Traynor said: “As professional athletes, we have to take our diet and nutrition seriously.

“Superfoods is a great venue in the middle of the city that offers a quick bite with no artificial colourings, chemicals, preservatives or sweeteners.

“There are a lot of players and staff who live around the area and we will be dropping in regularly.”

Nadia Abdulla, Head of Marketing, added: “It’s great to welcome Bristol Rugby into our restaurant and to collaborate with the club going forward.

“Our aim is to inspire the younger generation to eat healthily and working with Bristol Rugby is the perfect partnership as they are incredible role models to young people and understand the importance of eating healthily.”

“We pride ourselves on the quality of our food and products – it suits the requirements of a professional sports athlete. We look forward to supporting Bristol Rugby players in their training and working with them to raise the profile of eating healthily.”
