Bristol Rugby supporting Rainbow Laces campaign

Bristol Rugby is proud to support the Rainbow Laces campaign when Nottingham visit Ashton Gate on Saturday, 25 November (12.30pm KO).

Rainbow Laces – the programme run by LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) charity Stonewall promotes LGBT inclusion in sport.

Building on our sporting group's support in 2016, some first team players will don the laces in support for LGBT players, fans, supporters and staff members.

Chief operating officer Mark Tainton said: “Our vision is 'to inspire our community through rugby success' – part of that is promoting inclusion and respect for anybody involved in our sport.

“We’re delighted to play our role in supporting Rainbow Laces and look forward to seeing some of the guys wearing their laces on Saturday.”
