Pupils from Bristol primary schools will entertain supporters with their brand-new dance routine, Brizzley’s Boogie ahead of Saturday’s European Challenge Cup clash with Zebre.
Bristol Bears has teamed up with Bristol Sport Foundation to put on the pre-match show in the concourse, with the youngsters performing a routine devised and practised during their Forever Sport PE lessons and after school clubs.
"It’s great how Bristol Bears are backing our dance club by creating this opportunity for all the youngsters to get behind the team in a new and exciting way,” said Jazmine Coles, Bristol Sport Foundation dance teacher.
“Anyone can take part in dance, it is a really inclusive activity for both boys and girls of all ages.
“We have had such fun creating and rehearsing Brizzley’s Boogie and we hope everyone enjoys it, resulting in our aim of the dance spreading across the city becoming a reality.”
“It’s great to have local primary school pupils engaging in our matchday activation at Ashton Gate,” said community development manager, Craig Capel.
“We’re looking forward to seeing Brizzley’s Boogie performed during the pre-match build up.”
