Club launches My Bears Rewards scheme

In partnership with Fortress GB, those signing up to My Bears Rewards will be rewarded for their support of the Bears when the scheme launches very soon.

Supporters will receive a start-up balance (100 points for Season Ticket holders and 50 points for Members) and can earn further points by attending matches, purchasing merchandise and additional tickets, spending on food and drink in the Ashton Gate concourses on matchday and spending with affiliate brands and partners.

Points collected by supporters can be redeemed for exclusive rewards in the My Bears Rewards loyalty portal, including discounts in the Store, signed merchandise, mascot experiences, entry into prize draws and much more.

More than 150 high street and online brands are in the affiliate scheme, meaning supporters can earn one point for every £1 spent with these brands and then redeem these points within the My Bears Rewards online portal at bristolbearsrugby.com.  

Season Ticket holders and Members are automatically enrolled into the scheme while previous ticketing and merchandise purchases after July 1^st, as well as match attendance this season, will be visible on the portal.

Eligible supporters should keep an eye out for an email enrolling them in My Bears Rewards.
