Club proud to continue long-term partnership with David Lloyd

The relationship between David Lloyd, the leading racquets, health and fitness group in the UK, and Bristol Sport clubs continues to grow stronger.

Bristol Bears’ players and management benefit from the longstanding partnership with David Lloyd and their top-class facilities in the city.

As part of their preparations for the Gallagher Premiership competition, the squad regularly undertake training and pool recovery sessions at the Westbury-on-Trym site.

Group head of commercial Caroline Herbert said: “Not only does the relationship with David Lloyd clubs help drive the performance levels of our teams, it also helps foster engagement with members and the local community.

“The relationship that the players and staff have with our members is hugely positive and that strength of community values is something that we feel strongly about fostering and developing.”

Jack Phillips, David Lloyd General Manager

“The facilities are first class and provide a superb environment for the team to use before and after games – it’s a fantastic relationship with David Lloyd that we are very excited about.”

Jack Phillips, General Manager at David Lloyd, added: “We’re proud to be the official fitness partners of Bristol Bears and Bristol City FC.

“As the premier health and fitness venue in the city, it’s important that we support two of Bristol’s most iconic professional clubs. This isn’t just a corporate relationship, we are genuine supporters of the teams and are committed to help drive their performance ambitions.

“The relationship that the players and staff have with our members is hugely positive and that strength of community values is something that we feel strongly about fostering and developing.”
