The Dolman Stand will be closed for Bristol Rugby’s Greene King IPA Championship clash versus Nottingham on Friday, March 6 (7.45pm kick-off).
As part of the ongoing rebuild at Ashton Gate, the upper and lower sections of the Dolman Stand will be temporarily closed to supporters.
If you are a Dolman season ticket holder, please contact Supporter Services who will help you relocate your seat on supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk or call 0117 963 0600.
Barr Construction is about to start work on constructing a large steel frame on the end of the stand which will take the weight of the new extended roof.
“We apologise to supporters for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of the Dolman Stand,” Chairman Chris Booy told bristolrugby.co.uk.
“The roof extension is a particularly complex element of the redevelopment process and Barr Construction has used the two-week period in early March when there is only one game at Ashton Gate to complete these critical works.
“The Dolman Exhibition Hall bar will be open as usual before and after the game, so we encourage supporters to mingle with players and coaches in the bar, as usual, after the game.
“We thank supporters for their patience as we build what promises to be one of the best stadiums in the UK.”
If you have any queries, email the Bristol Sport ticketing team at supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk or contact 0117 963 0600.
