Eadie Commits His Future To Bristol Rugby

Mitch Eadie shows his commitment to the Club after signing a new deal until 2017.

The homegrown back-rower has made ninety-six competitive appearances for Bristol, scoring twenty-eight tries.

One of the Academy’s major successes, Eadie was named Player’s Player of the Season in 2013 and 2015.

“Mitch is an outstanding prospect and a player who embodies what Bristol Rugby are all about,” Director of Rugby Andy Robinson told bristolrugby.co.uk.

“We’re delighted to retain his services so that he can continue his development at the Club.

“Mitch is a young man who is growing into a leader. He can be an example to other local players about what can be achieved through hard work and a dedicated attitude.”

The 23 year-old – who represented Scotland U18s and U20s - made his competitive debut in 2010.

“I’m pleased to stay at Bristol and especially to get this sorted early on so that I can focus on playing and helping the team.

“I’m enjoying my rugby here and learning a lot from training and playing alongside some really talented players.

“Bristol Rugby is my hometown club so it’s an incredibly proud moment every time I take the field – my ambition is to represent this Club in the top flight.”
