Eadie Receives Six-Week Ban

Bristol Rugby's Mitch Eadie has received a six-week ban following an RFU disciplinary hearing.

The back rower appeared before an RFU Disciplinary panel on Wednesday, charged with acts contrary to good sportsmanship, Law 10.4(m), during Ealing Trailfinders versus Bristol Rugby on Saturday, October 10th.

Eadie was cited for physically abusing the match referee in the second half by intentionally or recklessly pushing him or otherwise making contact with him.

Eadie pleaded guilty to the charge and was given a six-week ban. Dates TBC. Hearing costs apply.
