Charlie Rice has been included among the replacements for England men's U20's round three Six Nations Summer Series clash with Ireland in Italy.
The game takes place at the Payanini Centre, Verona, at 7pm BST on Tuesday 5 July.
The starting fifteen remains largely unchanged from the team that faced France last week.
Uncapped Alex Harmes will make his first appearance at left wing and blind side flanker, Ethan Staddon, moves from the bench to start the game this week.
England men’s U20 head coach, Alan Dickens, speaking ahead of the the final pool game said: “The players really gave it their all against France and to score four tries and secure a bonus point was well deserved.
“We know we will need to maintain focus on our discipline in the final pool game against Ireland who, as we experienced in the Six Nations Championship, are a strong side.”
