Foundation up for five awards at Dallaglio RugbyWorks ceremony

Schools and pupils working alongside the Bristol Bears Community Foundation have been nominated in five different categories for the Dallaglio RugbyWorks Awards on Monday, June 25th.

The ceremony will be held at the spectacular office of the Macquarie Group in the city of London, with schools or individuals in which the Foundation delivers the programme nominated for Young Leader of the Year, Lawrence Dallaglio Special Achievement Award, Teacher of the Year, School of the Year and Team Moment of the Year.

“This is fantastic news and testament to the hard work of both the schools and pupils nominated this year,” said programme manager, Geraint Lewis.

“To be nominated in five categories is really pleasing and we’re looking forward to attending the ceremony in London later this month.”

Schools/individuals nominated for Dallaglio RugbyWorks Awards:

Young Leader of the Year - Conor Martin (Springfields Academy)

Lawrence Dallaglio Special Achievement Award - Steven Stanley (Downland School)

Teacher of the Year - Sean Adams (Downland School)

School of the Year - Downland School

Team Moment of the Year - Downland School
