Bristol Bears are in Gallagher Premiership semi-final action versus Harlequins on Saturday (1.30pm KO).
Here’s your easy guide for what to expect if you’re heading to BS3.
STADIUM
To ensure that social distancing measures remain in place, supporters will be asked to arrive at Ashton Gate during specific time slots based on where your tickets are situated. The following arrival times are in place:
Dolman Stand
12:00 – 12:45: Blocks E30, E31 & E32
12:45 – 13:30: Blocks E28, E29, E33 & E34
Lansdown Stand:
12:00 – 12:45: Upper Lansdown (Blocks W1-W9)
12:45 – 13:30: Lower Lansdown (Blocks W10-W17)
Atyeo Stand:
12:00 – 12:45: Blocks N35, N36, N40 & N41
12:45 – 13:30: Blocks N37 – N39
South Stand:
12:45 – 13:30: All Blocks
Your arrival time will be displayed on your ticket.
Dolman Stand and Atyeo Stand ticket holders will need to use entrance via Ashton Road.
Lansdown Stand ticket holders will need to use entrance via Marina Dolman Way or Winterstoke Road.
SPORTS BAR PACKAGE
Supporters who have purchased the Sports Bar Food & Drink package can arrive at the Sports Bar from 11am onwards and will be able to order upon arrival.
TICKETS
All supporters have been issued print at home tickets. For speed of entry, supporters are advised to print their tickets as opposed to scanning them on their phones.
Supporter Services phone lines will be open from 10:00-11:30 and the Ticket Office (situated by the Atyeo Statue) will be open from 11:30am until kick-off for any queries.
COVID PROTOCOLS
All attending supporters should take a COVID lateral flow test, available for free from your local pharmacy or doctors, on the morning of the game and be prepared to show this result on arrival at the ground, either via timed and dated photograph or by registering the result on the NHS website here.
Do not attend if this shows a positive result or if you or a family member/bubble show symptoms.
Supporters are asked to wear a face covering while at Ashton Gate Stadium. Sanitising stations will be set up inside the turnstiles and outside all toilet blocks.
FOOD & DRINK
Supporters will be able to purchase food and drink at the stadium and take this to their seats.
To ensure social distancing measures are adhered to, supporters are asked not to hover in the concourses.
GETTING HERE
Supporters are urged to get to the Gate early, and information regarding travel can be found here.
TRAVEL
Matchday buses will not operate for this fixture.
