Fans are advised to use the matchday shuttle bus services which offer free parking and travel from just £1 return. Additional capacity is being added on all routes meaning an increased frequency of services.
Services will depart between 5pm – 7pm as follows:
All services drop-off and collect from Winterstoke Road, outside Ashton Gate. The last return service on all routes will depart at 11pm. Full details including route maps, times, pricing and ticket information is available at www.bristolbearsrugby.com/travel .
With a sell-out crowd buses and the roads near Ashton Gate are likely to be busy and we strongly advise fans to use the earliest service possible pre-match and to consider using later post-match departures.
There is no parking or waiting on Wedlock Way for any vehicle including blue-badge holders and taxis. A tow-away zone will be in operation here.
Supporters driving are strongly encouraged to use the Portway Park & Ride or Brislington Park & Ride and use the AG1 and AG2 bus service (see above for details).
There is no drop-off or pick-up point at Ashton Gate. Anyone being dropped off or picked up (private car or taxi) are strongly encouraged to do so at least half a mile from the stadium and only where it is safe and legal to do so. Walking the last half mile is likely to save you considerable time.
An additional service will call at Parson Street at 22:23 heading to Nailsea & Backwell, Yatton, Worle and Weston-super-Mare.
Fans walking or cycling from the city centre and harbourside are advised that Gaol Ferry Bridge is closed for repairs. Vauxhall Bridge and Bedminster Bridge remain open. Full details Gaol Ferry Bridge restoration (bristol.gov.uk).
Bristol’s Clean Air Zone (CAZ) starts on 28th November and fans are being encouraged to check whether they will be affected.
From Monday 28th November, non-compliant vehicles will be charged between £9 and £100 per day to drive through the zone in central Bristol.
Although Ashton Gate itself sits just outside of the zone, some roads near the stadium are within it and thus we encourage fans to carefully plan their journeys before the CAZ goes live.
