Gloucester Rugby pilot fixture: ticketing process and safety information

We are pleased to confirm that 3,138 supporters will be able to attend the Gallagher Premiership clash versus Gloucester on Monday, May 17th (7.45pm KO).

With the limited spectator numbers and the anticipated demand for tickets, we have put in place the following priority periods to enable 2020/21 Season Card holders and Hospitality Club Seat members the chance to purchase a match ticket. 

  • Priority Period: 10am Tuesday, May 11th(2020/21 Season Card holders – one ticket per season card holder)
  • General sale: 10am Thursday, May 13th

An allocation of 125 tickets will be made available for 2028 members in the Dolman Stand only to claim from 10-5pm on Tuesday, May 11th. 2028 Members will need to phone Supporter Services on 0117 9630 600 to claim.

Please note these tickets will be in the Dolman Stand, Atyeo Stand and Lansdown Stand lower and upper.

All attending supporters should take a COVID lateral flow test, available for free from your local pharmacy or doctors, on the morning of the game and be prepared to show this result on arrival at the ground, either via timed and dated photograph or by registering the result on the NHS website here (https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result).

Do not attend if this shows a positive result or if you or a family member/bubble show symptoms.

Supporters are asked to wear a face covering while at Ashton Gate Stadium. Sanitising stations will be set up inside the turnstiles and outside all toilet blocks.

Priority Period

  • Supporters that are included in the Priority Period are 2020/21 Season Card holders and 2028 Members 
  • Tickets will need to be purchased online only via our ticketing website and are available on a first-come first-served basis 
  • Please note we anticipate tickets selling out in the Priority Period

General sale – In the unlikely event that tickets reach this period, key information can be found as follows: 

  • Tickets will need to be purchased online only via our ticketing website and are available on a first-come first-served basis 

 Key Additional Info: 

  • Disabled supporters will need to call Supporter Services on 0117 9630 600 to buy a ticket in the Dolman Stand – we have a maximum of 12 spaces in the disabled bays available
  • Supporters can buy a maximum of one ticket per Supporter I.D
  • Socially distanced seating pods will be available in single seats and pods of 2, 3 and 4 seats
  • Supporters that purchase a ticket for this fixture will be given a specific time slot to enter the stadium, so please do not arrive early. Please review your e-ticket for further details
  • Ticket Credit will not be redeemable on this fixture, however the deadline to utilise credit has been extended until at least 31 December 2021
  • Ashton Gate will be fully cashless for this fixture. Pre-match information will be emailed to supporters ahead of the game
