Increased capacity for adapted Community Foundation summer camps

Bristol Bears Community Foundation's player development camps have been boosted by the recent RFU announcement that the grassroots game can progress into Stage C of the return to play process.
The camps have returned in a modified format and in line with the RFU’s roadmap guidance, operating with shortened days (9.30am-1pm) and no lunchtime or afternoon session, with players and coaches working in smaller groups/bubbles. Numbers for each camp will be very limited due to required player to coach ratio.
Old Bristolians, Clevedon RFC and Nailsea & Backwell RFC will all host the adapted sessions. More information below.
Old Bristolians RFC
Dates: August 17th-19th
Timings: 9.30am-1pm
Clevedon RFC
Dates: August 20th-21st
Timings: 9.30am-1pm
Nailsea & Backwell RFC
Dates: August 24th-26th
Timings: 9.30am-1pm
Each and every camp is evaluated and fully endorsed by coaches at the very top of the sport.
All coaches hold PRL Minimum Standards qualifications – including minimum RFU Level 1, Enhanced DBS, Safeguarding & Protecting Young People, and First Aid.
