Koster: We Want To Build Winning Culture

Nick Koster believes Bristol is building a winning culture, ahead of Friday’s clash with Nottingham (7.45pm kick-off).

Andy Robinson’s men will look to extend an three-game unbeaten run when the Green & Whites visit Ashton Gate.

“It’s encouraging to know that you are part of a team that has character. We have managed to fight hard to change the momentum of games this season where a loss seemed imminent,” Koster told bristolrugby.co.uk.

“We all know when we'd like to peak. It's important for us to stay completely process focused and to improve our basic execution of our game plan every week.

“We have spoken repeatedly about building a winning culture throughout the club. Winning is a mentality at Bristol and we are trying to make it a habit.

“The players love playing at Ashton Gate, so that helps. It is the best playing surface that I have ever played on which suits my playing style.

"The fans are enough to ensure it sounds like a full house, and that will give us a boost once again on Friday.”
