La Rochelle ticket update

We'd like to thank our supporters for purchasing their tickets for our European Challenge Cup quarter final and supporting the boys out in France.

As you may have seen on our website, the tickets sent from La Rochelle have not arrived with us here in Bristol so we’re unable to post these tickets to you as originally planned.

You will therefore now need to collect your tickets directly from La Rochelle and we have worked with them to get a dedicated collection point for Bristol Bears fans at the stadium on Sunday.

Below is a plan of La Rochelle’s stadium, you will be able to collect your tickets from the Siege Social entrance, letter B.

This collection point will be open from 10:45am on matchday.

All you will need to collect your tickets is to quote the name that the tickets were booked under and they will be there for collection for you.

Although this is out of the club’s control, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the tickets not being delivered. As we have been unable to fulfil the delivery element of your booking we will be refunding the £1 postage charged you have paid which will automatically go back onto the card that was originally used to make the booking.

Once again, thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you out in La Rochelle.
