Leicester Tigers pilot fixture: ticketing process

Following the recent announcement that 1,000 supporters will be able to attend the Bristol Bears match against Leicester Tigers on Wednesday, September 30th (5:30pm KO), we are pleased to announce the ticketing process.

With the limited spectator numbers and the anticipated demand for tickets, we have put in place the following priority periods to enable 2019/20 Season Card holders the chance to claim or purchase a match ticket.

  • Priority Period 1: Tues, Sept 22nd 10am until Wed, Sept 23rd 5pm (This applies to 2019/20 Season Card holders that donated to the Bristol Bears Academy). Please note this group consists of more than 3,000 supporters.
  • Priority Period 2: Thurs, Sept 24th 10am until Thurs, Sept 24th 5pm (This applies to 2019/20 Season Card holders that opted for Ticket Credit).

Please note these tickets will be in the Dolman Stand.

Priority Period 1 (claim a ticket)

  • Supporters that are included in Priority Period 1 are 2019/20 Season Card holders that donated to the Bristol Bears Academy as part of the recent option choices (Option 1 for reference) and 2028 Members
  • Supporters that fall into this group will receive an email by 5pm on Monday, September 21st with instructions on how to claim a free ticket
  • Tickets will need to be claimed online only via our ticketing website and are available on a first-come first-served basis
  • Please note we anticipate tickets selling out in Priority Period 1

Priority Period 2 (Buy a Ticket) – In the unlikely event that tickets reach this period, key information can be found as follows:

  • Supporters that are included in Priority Period 2 are 2019/20 Season Card holders that opted for Ticket Credit as part of the recent option choices (Option 2 for reference)
  • Supporters will be notified on email if there are any tickets available to them ahead of Thursday, September 24th
  • Please note we anticipate tickets selling out in Priority Period 1 but do check for updates on the Bristol Bears website or via any emails from us
  • Any tickets to this group will be available to purchase at Members matchday Gold pricing in the Dolman Stand
  • Tickets will need to be purchased online only via our ticketing website and are available on a first-come first-served basis

 Key Additional Info:

  • Eligible supporters can only claim or buy one ticket per Supporter I.D and must select a block within the Dolman Stand (Please note you are not able to select a specific seat)
  • Supporters that manage to claim a ticket for this fixture will be given a specific time slot to enter the stadium. Please review your e-ticket for further details
