Mama Ruled Out For Up To Eight Weeks

Bristol Rugby's Marco Mama will be sidelined for up to eight weeks after undergoing successful surgery on Friday.

The flanker - who has made eighteen appearances so far during the campaign - suffered a thumb ligament injury in training earlier in the week.

Bristol Rugby's medical staff have acted quickly to ensure Mama underwent a successful operation on Friday, with the intention of having the 24 year-old back and available for selection during the play-offs.
