Matchday bus services for 2021/22 season

Bristol Bears and First Bus are delighted to announce three matchday bus services will operate directly to and from Ashton Gate during the 2021-22 season.

First Bus will continue to operate their popular AG1 Portway Park & Ride and AG2 Brislington Park & Ride services which include free parking. These services will call at the same stops as previous seasons.

The AG3 will now take a new route starting from Bristol Temple Meads (Station Approach, Stop T6). This service will stop at Broadmead (Haymarket, Stop B10 near Primark) and the Centre (St Augustine’s Parade, Stop C7 opposite The Hippodrome) before arriving at Ashton Gate. This service is ideal for those arriving in Bristol at Temple Meads or Bristol Coach Station; parking in city-centre car parks; or wishing to use the public bus network - as the route has been designed to connect with as many services as possible.

FirstDay tickets will allow travel on the First Bus operated public bus network and the Ashton Gate matchday services allowing fans to link journeys without paying extra. Fans who previously joined the AG3 between Horfield Common and Stokes Croft are encouraged to use First’s 72, 72a, 73, 75, 76 or T2 services from Gloucester Rd/Cheltenham Road or the 70 service from Ashley Down Road and change onto the AG3 in central Bristol.

Full details for the 2021-22 season including route maps, timetables and full pricing (including group tickets) will be published soon.
