Morgan Shortlisted For Player Of The Year

Matthew Morgan has been shortlisted for the Greene King IPA Championship Player of the Year Award.

The Greene King IPA Championship Player of the Year Award, presented at the RPA Players’ Awards 2015, is awarded to the player who has been voted as the most outstanding in this season’s Championship. The winner will be unveiled during the awards ceremony to be held at Battersea Evolution, London, on Wednesday 13th May.

The award was voted for by the Captains of each Championship club.

“There’s no better feeling in rugby than knowing you have people around you who want to see you do well," said Morgan. "That’s been the case for me, my teammates are brilliant, the coaches are superb and the Bristol supporter base have been outstanding.

"I owe them all so much and I feel very proud to be nominated for this award on their behalf.”
