NE Appliances forge new partnership with Bears

Bristol Bears are delighted to reveal a new partnership with NE Appliances ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.

The largest independent retailer of appliances in Bristol, with over 35 years in the industry, NE Appliances have been longstanding supporters of Bristol Bears and will now see their branding on the back of the home and away shorts.

Group Head of Commercial Justine Kebby said: “Bristol Sport have worked closely with Ben and NE Appliances for a long time. It’s been fantastic to see how their organisation has grown and progressed to become leaders in their industry. To welcome NE Appliances as a new kit partner is incredibly exciting and we look forward to seeing how the relationship develops.”

Bears Chief Executive Mark Tainton said: “We have worked together for many years, first as Nailsea Electrical and now rebranded as NE Appliances. Like the Bears, it’s been great to see how they have made their rebrand a true success, launching a state of the art showroom in Hengrove.

“NE Appliances are a family-owned business who care deeply about the club and its journey. We look forward to working closely together and sharing some fantastic memories in the new season.”

Ben Gilks, Managing Director of NE Appliances, said: “After years of supporting both Bristol Rugby and Bristol Bears, it’s an absolute privilege to be a kit sponsor at one of the most exciting times in the club’s history. I cannot wait to see what this season holds!”
