Bristol Bears take on Newcastle Falcons at Ashton Gate on Friday, February 17th (7:45pm KO). If you have never been to BS3 before, here’s everything you need to know!
We’re welcoming 2,000 NHS staff for what they’ve given back to our community, and we will be celebrating their contribution under the Friday Night Lights with an evening of events and activation around the stadium.
As a thank you to NHS staff for their incredible service, blue card holders can enjoy some TLC at our wellness station while also taking advantage of 10% discount on drinks at The Gate bar and in the Sports Bar.
With another bumper crowd expected at Ashton Gate, here’s your guide to Friday night:
Ticket booths will be open from 5pm-8:15pm, with turnstiles opening at 6:15pm.
From 5pm enjoy some live entertainment and food in the Fan Village and grab a pint in the Sports Bar.
You might be able to spot some familiar faces milling around - Bears players will be out greeting the fans and serving pints in the Gate Bar in the Fan Village. If you see them grab a selfie, posted it on socials, tag us in and we’ll reshare.
NHS staff will be able to enjoy a massage at our wellness station with their Blue Card, open between 6:15-7:15pm. A reminder that NHS members of staff can enjoy 10% off drinks at The Gate bar and in The Sports Bar.
There will also be an ambulance station in the Fan Village.
Bears TV is back on Friday night, offering you FULL coverage of the game with pre and post-match analysis, streamed live to the Bristol Bears APP.
If you're a Bears Season Ticket Holder you can take advantage of a 50% discount on your PRTV Season Pass. Click here to find out how.
Resident DJ Seb Bailey will be bringing the tunes all day. Click here to see his playlist for the Firework Spectacular.
CLEAN AIR ZONE - NOW LIVE
Bristol’s Clean Air Zone (CAZ) is now live and fans are encouraged to check whether they will be affected.
Non-compliant vehicles will be charged between £9 and £100 per day to drive through the zone in central Bristol.
Although Ashton Gate itself sits just outside of the zone, some roads near the stadium are within it and thus we encourage fans to carefully plan their journey.
Full details on the CAZ including maps, schedule of charges and a vehicle compliance checker can be found at www.cleanairforbristol.org/caz/.
The AG1, AG2 and AG3 will all operate between 1730 and 1930, with travel from £1 return.
All services drop-off and collect from Winterstoke Road, outside Ashton Gate. Full details including route maps, timetables, pricing and ticket information is available at www.bcfc.co.uk/travel. Last post-match departures at 23:30.
Full travel guide can be found here.
The Supporters Club Gazebo is in the Fan Park and is located between the Sports Bar main entrance and the Ashton Gate Store. Please visit before or after home matches for all Supporters Club information, away match travel details and payments.
