Number Crunch: London calling

All of the key player, team and form statistics ahead of the Gallagher Premiership round 16 clash with Saracens at the StoneX Stadium.


  • Steven Luatua stole two opposition lineouts in Round 15. Only Lukhan Salakaia-Loto managed as many.
  • Bristol Bears’ favourite time to score is between the 51st and 60th minute when they have scored a league-high eight tries.
  • Saracens have won their three most recent fixtures against the Bristol Bears, last losing 16-12 in August 2020.
  • Harry Thacker has scored 11 tries in all competitions this season - six in the Gallagher Premiership.
  • Billy Vunipola made 19 carries in Round 15 for 28 contact metres - the second-highest total of the round. He also made as many offloads as any other player (three), taking his total to a league-topping 24 so far this season.
  • Elliot Daly has made more try assists than any other player in the Premiership (eight). Seven of these have been passes, one a kick. Owen Farrell has also produced the most break assists with his passing (15).
  • Ben Earl has overtaken Will Evans as the Premiership’s leading turnover winner, having now won 21. Most of these have been penalties won by jackalling (13).
  • Nick Tompkins has made more choke tackles than any other player (nine). Just 16% of his tackles have been low.
