PDG Academy Youngsters Shine For Somerset

Youngsters from Bristol Rugby Academy’s Bridgwater-based PDG centre were in action for Somerset as they travelled to take on Devon on Sunday.
Somerset found themselves 24-0 down as they adjusted to the pace of the game, but they fight back in spirited fashion with tries from Isaac Barr, Oscar Browne, Archie Frith-Fletcher and skipper Ben Tothill, while Ethan Thomas added the extras.
But it wasn’t quite enough for Somerset who were eventually edged out 29-24.
The team take on Bristol Schools in their next fixture on Sunday, 22nd January.
