This year’s Remembrance Service at the Memorial Stadium will be held on Monday November 11th, which is Remembrance Day itself.
The date also marks the Centenary of the first ever Armistice Day and two-minute silence, a tradition which started on November 11th, 1919.
Everyone is invited to attend this important event at which representatives from Bristol Bears, Bristol Bears Women and Bristol Rugby Former Players join with various clubs and rugby organisations in Bristol to pay their respects to all local rugby players who died in warfare.
Coffee will be served in the Memorial Stadium clubhouse from 10am, and people will be gathering at the Memorial Gates from 10:45am ready for an 11am start.
Bristol Bears and Exeter Chiefs will mark Armistice Day at Sunday's Gallagher Premiership clash at Sandy Park, live on BT Sport.
