Bristol Ladies return to Premiership action and look to continue winning ways back at the Portway.
The 1st XV bounced back from their first defeat of the season to Richmond with a clinical win against Aylesford to get them back to winning ways.
This weekend the team welcomes Wasps Ladies to the Portway, as Bristol look to keep in touch with the top two teams in the table who are currently 4 points ahead tied on 19.
It won't be easy though, with both fixtures last year finishing with less than 10 points between the teams.
Both teams secure home victories with Wasps closing out a 19 - 10 victory at home, and Bristol holding on to clinch a 23 - 17 victory in the return fixture.
Bristol Ladies Second XV were unable to field a team against Thurrock Ladies and as a result, RFU regulations determine that the Second XV have been automatically relegated from the Championship South league.
Bristol Ladies are required to fulfill the rest of the season's fixtures in order to avoid been moved down two leagues – so will be continuing to train and run two teams moving forward.
