RedRock Consulting continue partnership into third season

RedRock Consulting have extended their partnership with Bristol Bears for a third year and into the 2020/21 campaign.

The technology workforce solution specialists, based in the city, were one of the Bears’ proud inaugural partners and see their branding retained on the back of the home and away Umbro jerseys.

RedRock itself has achieved considerable success since its formation fifteen years ago. The company continues to support its public and private sector clients in helping them to overcome organisational and technical challenges. It is currently also supporting the government with expertise and people to deliver projects that are at the centre of the national fight against Covid-19.

Like the Bristol Bears, the company has grown from strength to strength. It was ranked 4th in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For 2020 list.

RedRock Co-Founder and Director, Ben Curnock, said: “Here at RedRock, we are champions of change. We build outstanding teams to achieve what can often seem unachievable at first, transforming organisations to do better. We do this by embracing technology of course, but ultimately knowing that it’s always the people who make the real difference.

“Next season marks three years in partnership and in this time the Bears, have accomplished what many considered unachievable just a couple of years ago. Now, as European Challenge Cup winners and riding high in the Premiership, the Bears’ stunning teamwork has achieved brilliant success.

“All of us here have been immensely proud to see the Bears wearing RedRock on their backs and to be a part of the team’s transformation. We are delighted to continue our journey with them and can’t wait to see what they’ll achieve next season!”

Bristol Bears Chief-Executive Mark Tainton said: "We've really enjoyed working closely with RedRock Consulting who are leaders in their field. They can be proud of the role they have played in the Bears journey so far and it's fantastic to see Ben and the team extending the partnership into the new campaign."

Bristol Sport Managing Director Mark Kelly said: “RedRock have developed a close relationship with Pat Lam and his team over the past three seasons and the partnership epitomises the alignment that we have.

“RedRock shares the Bristol Bears vision for success and we’re delighted to continue to work with them going forward.”
