Refunds processed for January fixtures

Season Card Holders will receive the next round of pro-rata refunds before the end of January.

Refunds for the Ashton Gate fixtures versus Newcastle Falcons, Connacht and Bath Rugby are currently being processed by Supporter Services.

Direct Debit purchasers will receive the pro-rata refund if you have made three payments from the five instalments (as of 1st December, 2020).

Supporters that purchased their Season Card using part Ticket Credit will receive pro-rata Ticket Credit back to their account.

Under-12 Season Card holders who paid £55 (South Stand and Family Area) will not receive a further refund beyond the first instalment already processed, due to the value of the free junior home shirt include in your Season Card.

Under-12 Season Card holders can claim a free junior shirt using your Rewards balance.

Please note, 2028 Members will not receive any pro-rata refunds, but we will be in touch as soon as crowds return with information on how to claim a match ticket.

As a reminder, 2020/21 Season Card holders will continue to be emailed a free BT Sport match pass ID to watch Bears in Gallagher Premiership action at Ashton Gate.
