Report: Bristol Bears U18 14-50 Gloucester U18s

Bristol Bears U18s fell to a 50-14 defeat at the hands of Gloucester U18s at UWE Hillside Gardens on Friday night.

Gloucester raced into a commanding lead at half-time before a spirited effort from Bristol saw them cross twice through Harry Ascherl and Jake Kendal.

“It was another disappointing result, but we’ve now got some time to reflect, work hard and bounce back in the New Year,” said Academy manager, Mike Hall.

“The lads showed some good fight to score two good tries and win the second-half, which was really good to see, but we gave Gloucester a big head start.”
