Season Ticket FAQ’s

We've put together a handy set of FAQs for purchasing your 2015/16 season ticket.

Q. I am still yet to receive my supporter ID
A. Everyone with a valid e-mail address has been sent their Supporter ID. Please check your spam/junk filter if you haven’t received it. Alternatively e-mail hello@bristol-sport.co.uk and we will be able to provide you with your supporter ID within the next 72 hours.

Q. I am having trouble logging in?
A. First check to see if you have received your Supporter ID, your password should be your postcode in lower case with no gaps (e.g. bs32ej). If you are still experiencing problems logging in, please e-mail hello@bristol-sport.co.uk.

Q. My direct debit confirmation e-mail has not been received?
A. The finance company will be in touch by April 30th to confirm payment details.

Q. Do I need to have last season’s card with me to renew?
A. No, you do not need to bring last year’s Season Ticket with you. You just need your supporter ID, as you will need this to login online or purchase over the phone or at the ticket office.
