Season Ticket FAQ’s

We've put together a handy set of FAQs for purchasing your 2015/16 season ticket.

Q. I am still yet to receive my supporter ID
A. Everyone with a valid e-mail address has been sent their Supporter ID. Please check your spam/junk filter if you haven’t received it. Alternatively e-mail hello@bristol-sport.co.uk and we will be able to provide you with your supporter ID within the next 72 hours.

Q. I am having trouble logging in?
A. First check to see if you have received your Supporter ID, your password should be your postcode in lower case with no gaps (e.g. bs32ej). If you are still experiencing problems logging in, please e-mail hello@bristol-sport.co.uk.

Q. My direct debit confirmation e-mail has not been received?
A. The finance company will be in touch by April 30th to confirm payment details.

Q. Do I need to have last season’s card with me to renew?
A. No, you do not need to bring last year’s Season Ticket with you. You just need your supporter ID, as you will need this to login online or purchase over the phone or at the ticket office.

Q. I can’t link my family members together?
A. Please ring supporter services on 0117 9630 600 or email hello@bristol-sport.co.uk and someone will help you through the process

Q. My existing seat appears to be have been sold to someone else?
A. This has happened in a small number of cases. Please e-mail hello@bristol-sport.co.uk with a contact number and someone will call you back. Alternatively call supporter services on 0117 9630 600 and they will ensure that you are placed in your original seat.

Q. Can I pay for car parking with my season ticket now?
A. Due to the rebuild of Ashton Gate next season’s car parking hasn’t been finalised. After the end of the current season we will contact existing car park permit holders to discuss their requirements for next year.

Q. Can I purchase a disabled/carer ticket online?
A. Unfortunately this needs to be done on the phone or in person. Please e-mail hello@bristol-sport.co.uk with a contact number and someone will call you back. Alternatively call supporter services on 0117 9630 600 or come down to Ashton Gate.
