Callum Sheedy will make his first international start for Wales, while Ioan Lloyd is in line for an international debut against Georgia in Saturday's Autumn Nations Cup clash at Parc y Scarlets (5.15pm KO, live on Amazon Prime Sport).
Sheedy made his Wales debut as a second-half substitute against Ireland last week, but is named at fly half by Wayne Pivac in a much-changed Welsh side.
Lloyd's selection completes a rapid rise for the 19-year-old, who only made his professional debut in October 2019.
“Saturday is a huge opportunity for the players and for us as a squad looking ahead to the future and to RWC 2023,” said Wales head coach Wayne Pivac.
“As we have said all along, the Autumn Nations Cup is a great platform for us to give opportunities to players, to build depth and experience.
“It’s a great honour for the new caps and the players making their first starts, they have trained well and deserve this opportunity to represent their country.”
