Jordan Crane played his fair share of rugby at Welford Road during his ten-year tenure at the Tigers - but the number eight certainly enjoyed getting one over on his former employers.

Another man enjoying his return to Welford Road was Harry Thacker, who scored the winning try five minutes from time. Rugby journalist, Charlie Morgan, of the Telegraph describing the hooker as 'one of the most intelligent, skillful rugby players in the Premiership.'

Thacker's try was Bristol's 50th in the Gallagher Premiership this season, and the hooker's seventh, making him the side's leading scorer in the league - and club statistician, Neil Williams didn't miss a beat.

Forwards coach, Jonathan Thomas enjoyed the winning try more than most, as his pack - assisted by the backs - powered over from a well-worked driving lineout.

Man of the match, Pier O'Conor, hailed a superb away-day win from the Bears after another hugely impressive display in midfield.

And prop, Jake Woolmore had his own take on a historic Bristol win at Welford Road.Β

And after Dan Thomas' applied the finishing touches to a glorious attack from the Bears, Premiership Rugby asked if Pat Lam's side are the most entertaining in the league? We'd agree with that.
