Stat attack: Bristol Bears 29-17 Newcastle Falcons

By George, clinical Bears and a trio of bonus points. Check out the best of the match stats from the bonus-point Gallagher Premiership victory over Newcastle Falcons at Ashton Gate.

By George

A debut to remember for young George Kloska, who stepped in at hooker to great effect for the Bears on Friday.

The 21-year-old Academy player scooped the man of the match award against the Falcons at Ashton Gate, scoring his first Bears try in the process.

Kloska made a game high 19 tackles, as well as hitting eight lineouts, making one clean break and four carries.

Clinical Bears

Despite having just 36% possession and 28% territory, the Bears took the full five points against Newcastle thanks to a razor-sharp attacking display.

Pat Lam's side made just eight entries into the Falcons 22, coming away with 26 of their 29 points, with Callum Sheedy's penalty making up the other three.

Full allocation

For the third successive Gallagher Premiership match, the Bears took the full five points from Friday's clash with the Falcons.

It's the first time since the Bears' return to the top flight that they've taken 15 points from a possible 15, with tries from Siva Naulago, Charles Piutau, Nathan Hughes and George Kloska ensuring the full allocation.
