The Earl of Ashton Gate, Bears run riot and a record Premiership win. Check out the best of the match stats from Tuesday's Gallagher Premiership victory over Northampton Saints at Ashton Gate.
Astonishing performance from Ben Earl on Tuesday night, as the England back row put on a real show in front of the BT Sport cameras.
Earl ran for 74 metres with ball in hand, beat three defenders, gave two offloads and made 13 tackles in a superb display, as the Bears ran riot, as well as scoring one try and providing the assist for Andy Uren's 19th-minute score.
As you can see from his heat map, Earl was everywhere last night.Β

Beautiful rugby as they run three tries past Northampton in the opening 20... pic.twitter.com/uTvjyNwxYM
Having scored one coast-to-coast try, three more long-range efforts and come close of other occasions, it's not surprising that the Bears racked up hundreds of metres on Tuesday night, but 892 metres is just ridiculous.
Add to this 23 clean breaks and 27 defenders beaten, and it's clear just why Pat Lam's men were such comfortable winners.
The Bears have now made 8,720 metres in the Gallagher Premiership this season - nearly 1,000 metres more than the next best side.
