Marco Mama believes Bristol's 'unbelievable' support will be a key factor in the semi-final first leg on Saturday (1.30pm kick-off).
Bristol host Rotherham Titans in the opening game of the play-offs at Ashton Gate on Saturday and Mama - who returned to the side last weekend - is relishing the opportunity to return home.
"There's a real buzz around the place and everyone is excited about the game against Rotherham," the back rower told bristolrugby.co.uk.
"We're working hard for each other but no-one is getting ahead of ourselves. The real test begins on the weekend and we need to be prepared for the challenges ahead.
"We're unbeaten at Ashton Gate and so proud of that. We will do everything we can to defend that record in front of our supporters.
"They have been unbelievable all season. Home and away, we know that we will have a big support and that's why this is such a special club to play for.
"When Ashton Gate is full to the rafters and the supporters are in good voice, it's an intimidating place for away teams to visit. We are excited to get out there."
Tickets are available online by clicking here, via the ticket hotline on 0117 963 0600 or by visiting the Bristol Sport Megastore (opening hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-1pm).
