Alapati Leiua could make his first appearance in a Bristol Rugby shirt when Scarlets visit the Clifton RFC training base on Saturday (2.30pm KO).
The centre is joined in the squad by Will Hurrell, Max Crumpton and Thretton Palamo, who are selected following a return from injury.
Pat Lam names a 36-man squad which includes international duo David Lemi and Siale Piutau against the 2017 PRO12 champions.
