Wales captain Siwan Lillicrap returns to the Bears side for Sunday’s Allianz Premier 15s Play-Off semi-final clash against Exeter Chiefs at Sandy Park (4.30pm KO, live on BT Sport 2).
The number eight starts in place of the suspended Rownita Marston and Jenny Hesketh replaces Grace Crompton (concussion) on the wing, as Dave Ward makes two changes from last weekend’s narrow defeat.
Marston was given a three-week ban after being cited for a dangerous tackle in last weekend’s match.
On the bench, Wales second row Talia John is named on the bench, alongside England U20 international Gabriella Nigrelli.
