Team news: Gloucester United vs Bristol Bears 'A'

Luke Daniels is set for his first start since returning from injury, as Bristol Bears ‘A’ face Gloucester United on Monday evening (8pm KO).

The full back – who made his competitive return off the bench in the victory over La Rochelle – is named in the starting line-up for the Premiership Shield clash.

The Kingsholm clash is televised live on Freesports – available on Freeview HD channel 64, Sky channel 422, Virgin 553, FreeSat 252, TalkTalk 64 and BT Vision channel 64.

Jack Tovey also returns from injury for a first outing since September, while trialist Leonardo Sarto is included on the wing.

Academy backs coach Sean Marsden

Academy backs coach Sean Marsden said: “We had a fantastic performance against Harlequins in our last outing and that’s given us a lifeline in this competition.
